Reservation policies
 It's traditional for you to pay for a hotel room before you check in. The same applies to a campground.

​"Upon arrival, you must check in at the office before you park.  An extra $10 charge will be assessed if you do not.     Pay BEFORE you occupy your space.

 We make every attempt to reserve the site or sites you request.
 but we will not \cannot guarantee any particular site.

 A credit card is required for all reservations. A non-refundable one night deposit will be applied towards your stay. You will receive a call if your credit card charge is denied and you will have 24 hours to correct it or the reservation will be canceled.
 Any lot left with trash or a mess in the fire  ring will be charged $15 for cleanup.

 All rental cabins or rental trailer 
 a $50 security deposit will be charged along with your first night upon making a reservation.
 Your Deposit will be refunded after your stay and unless damage has been done, items are missing or excessive cleaning is needed.

 Cancellation Policies

 For your protection do not send email to cancel 

 Non-Holiday Cancellation Policy
 In order to receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee for each site you cancel there is a 3-day cancellation  notice required. Example if you are scheduled to arrive on Friday you need to cancel by the prior Tuesday.

 If you wish to shorten your length of stay, that change must be made 3 days prior to your arrival.There will not be a fee for this type of change

 Holiday Weekend Cancellation Policy
 A credit card is required for all reservations
 a non-refundable one night deposit will be applied towards your stay
 If you need to cancel a holiday stay in order to receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee you are required to give a 5-day cancellation notice.

 Example in order to receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee per site reserved and you are scheduled to arrive on a Friday you will need to cancel no later than the prior Saturday.

 In all cases if you reserve more than one site you are responsible for all sites. If you call for reservations on more than one site I will charge you only for one night deposit that time. We suggest that you have additional campers call within 5 days of the group reservations to reserve their own site within your group. After 5 days the extra sites will be cancelled

 Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore we do not give refunds for the discomforts of nature meaning we do not give refunds for rain snow temperature changes or insects

1 camper and 1 tent and a screen room or 2 tents and a screen room. 
No more than 2 vehicles parked on a site.(boats are part of the 2 allowed)
All campers must be from the same family and no more than 8. Each additional camper $5.00 charge.

All of our cabins have a minimum 2 night stay. However, we are sometimes able to shorten the minimum stay requirements during the off season or if the cabin is available for fewer nights between families arrival and departure dates.
